SMGS families!! We will be offering an auto deduct for tuition this school year! You can sign up for this option at registration. You will need to sign an agreement and bring in a voided check. Monthly deductions will be the only option at this time starting in September. Auto Deductions from your checking or saving will begin Sept 2025 and end June 2026. Calling All SMGS Families - Help Us Build Level II of our CGS program! This fall, we're excited to begin Level II (first grade) in the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd atrium! Before we can welcome students into the space, we’re in need of a few special materials. - Foreign language Bibles – Any language is welcome (German, French, Vietnamese, Braille, etc.). Used copies are perfect, even preferred! - Illuminated Bibles – These are beautifully decorated with calligraphy and art, helping students experience the beauty of God’s word. This lesson lifts up the bible being a book for all peoples of all times and aids in the understanding of the universal church. Our in-person Registration event will be Thursday, July 31st in the All-Purpose Room. See the flyer for all details. It is encouraged for new families to attend (even though registration is done online) to turn in paperwork, payment, and answer any questions before the new year! Returning families may attend as well. If you do not plan to attend in person , payment can be mailed or dropped off to the front office before 7/31.

Tuition statements for the 25-26 school year will be mailed out next week. Tuition for the 24-25 school year must be paid by June 30, 2025 to be able to finalize enrollment for the 25-26 school year. Emails with Registration information will be sent out later in July. In person Registration is July 31, 2025. If you have questions, please call the school office. We are open 8am-12pm, Monday-Thursday and closed on Fridays during the Summer.

Registration for VBS and Totus Tuus closes this Friday, June 13. The dates for this fun faith formation opportunity are June 23-27. Forms are available at the St. Mary Parish Office (not the schools) and on the parish website (to download and print): stmsalina.org. VBS is for children who have just finished Kindergarten; Totus Tuus is for students finishing 1st through 12th grades. For more information, contact Nancy at 785-827-5575.

1st Communion pictures have arrived!! You can pick up in the school office during summer office hours. We are here from 8am-12pm Monday-Thursday and closed on Friday.

Dear SMGS families, we will be mailing letters notifying you of your tuition amount for the 25/26 school year soon. Please note that we have not received awards for the ACE scholarships yet but should received those by the middle of June. If ACE scholarships are awarded to families, tuition will be adjusted based on full tuition amounts. TADS is now closed for currently enrolled families.
