Please review the attached visitor’s packet, which includes important details, maps, and directions to assist with parking and building entry locations. As you prepare for the tournament, please review the key information below.

Public/Spectators: Northwest (Main) Entrance

Pass Gate (Administrators, Officials, Media, KSHSAA Personnel): South Entrance

Parking on campus is free of charge. Parking areas will be designated as follows:

Lot G (South): School administration, officials, and media

Lot D (Southwest): Team buses and spectator overflow

Lot F (West – Fieldhouse Lot): Spectator parking

Ticketing
Tickets may be purchased in advance online or on-site through GoFan Digital Ticketing. Cash and credit card payments will also be accepted at the gate.

Access to the Fieldhouse will open two hours prior to the first game each day.

Bag Policy

The Fieldhouse will follow a clear bag policy. The following items are permitted:

Clear tote bags not exceeding 12" x 12" x 6"

One-gallon plastic freezer bags

Small clutch purses no larger than 4.5" x 6.5"

No other bags will be allowed inside the Fieldhouse, and items cannot be stored at the gates. Please help us by informing your fans, as they may not be accustomed to a clear bag policy.

There will be NO High School/Junior High Track practice on Tuesday.

Reminder: There will be a JH and HS Track Parent Meeting Today at 5:30 p.m. at SHHS, in the gym or cafeteria.

SH Spirit bus: There will be a spirit bus going to Kansas City to cheer on the Lady Knights tomorrow! The bus will be leaving at 12:15, and the cost is $20/person. The fee will cover the cost of entry and the cost of transportation, and students must be signed up and paid by 8am on 3/10. The sign up is in the office. GO KNIGHTS!

SHHS: Congratulations to the Lady Knights on advancing to the State BB tournament! Sacred Heart JSHS will dismiss school at 12:15p on Tuesday 3/10. More details to follow soon regarding a Spirit Bus!

Booster Club

There will be a parent meeting for all HS and JH Track students on Monday, March 9th, at 5:30 p.m., at SHHS

SH Spirit Bus: Due to the forecasted wind/weather, the Spirit bus for 3/6 to Berean Academy has been canceled.

There will be a spirit bus going to the girls game on Friday. There has been an anonymous donor step up to pay the fee for entry into the game. There must be a minimum of 30 students sign up and load the bus for this to happen. Sign up sheet is in the office, and is due by noon on Friday. If 30 or more sign up, but only 10 students show up when it's time for the bus to leave, the bus will not leave. At least 30 students must load the bus for departure. This is open for students 7-12. GO KNIGHTS!

Match Madness

Match Madness is our community-wide giving event supporting the Endowments of both St. Mary’s and Sacred Heart. Our endowments help ensure Catholic education remains accessible to as many families as possible.

Fun Way to Participate:
Students at SH can earn a Jeans Day and Students at SMGS can earn a Dress Down Day on Thursday, March 12 if their FAMILY makes a $10 donation to Match Madness.

To participate:
---Bring a $10 check to school by Wednesday, March 11 (We cannot collect cash for this.)
---Make checks payable to Greater Salina Community Foundation
---Include the school’s name in the memo line.
---If either school can have The Most Donors or Most Improved # of Donors, the school will receive a $750 prize...potentially $1500 if we win both!

Amy will be set up outside the Business Office before and after the Sub-State basketball games on both Thursday and Friday nights. Stop by and pick yours up when you come to cheer on the Knights!

HS Basketball: For Substate basketball, we are unable to accept any type of a pass for entry to the games. Gate entry: K-12 $6, Adult $8. Go Knights!

Just wanted to say how proud I am of the bowling team this year. Everybody did an excellent job. Congratulations to Mr. Cody Burr for making State again for the third year in a row. very proud of my team.

The baseball meeting on 2/27 will be for players planning on going out for baseball.
